Peleton had a good one that evolves with your trimesters. Look under both barre/ strength and Yoga. And I think TSS Sculpt Society has pre too. I also needed some calming yoga to counter my anxiety so Boho Beautiful on YouTube was great.
if you already have a workout routine, you can stick to that same routine and just modify it as needed for each trimester. I know women who weight lift and weightlifted through their entire pregnancy. There’s also an abundance of tips for stretches to do, and I highly recommend stretching and working on keeping your core strengthened to avoid round ligament pains. I also recommend to work on strengthening your pelvic floor, trust me on that one.
Glow body pt has a free prenatal workout plan. I haven’t done it but I have done other plans and really enjoyed them. Just a note: she’s very Christian and the reason why the prenatal plan is free is her form of service, so I am not sure if she says anything religious in it.
