Question for PWC / Deloitte / KPMG tax folks with salary level at around 150k - 250k. How much bonus do you get (fixed dollar value and percentage) each year if you had 3-4 rating (which is what most people get)? I want to understand if 5-7% bonus of about 10-20k is what you generally expect or does that sound low?

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills.
