I got an interview for Contract - Audit Manager (Remote) role for EY. Are the interviews done remotely or does EY require interviewees to come into the office for interviews?
Just trying to manage my plan as I am currently traveling and the interview came up as an unexpected opportunity.
Thank you!

Even some mid size agencies are going full remote.
If I were a small agency I would dump that overhead and go full remote as well.
Agree with you, but I was trying to say that in their case, the money they “wasted” on renovating their beautiful (and now empty office) is actually an investment in their employees.
That's the position we're in. WFH until at least the fall, then evaluate the space.
There's an assumption that office space costs come down in which case we may pick up a space at half-ish our former size for some sort of wfh/wfo hybrid. Alternatively we may go with a shared space and come in as needed.
It all kinda depends on costs and how we all feel. Work efficiency has been fine so there's no need to change for the most part, but we'll see what the desire is.
We ended our lease, but the plan is to move us into the mothership rather than find a new space. I just want some normalcy. I don’t even care anymore.

I also don’t care but I wish someone would just make a plan that I could look forward to. Even if it gets pushed back I just a date on a calendar that means something.
I don’t understand why agencies are talking abt going back to office. Don’t we have better ways to spend that rent? Er.
