1. Associate Advisor role at JPM Chase Atlanta 85k Base. No Commission or Sales. What type Of Annual Performance Bonus can I expect in this role?
2. Retirement Planner role at Fidelity in Houston (Remote) 70k Base 15k =100% Bonus w/Cap of 30k= 200% Bonus. *My Recruiter says Growth into a Senior/Director Planner role is easier @ Fidelity. Thoughts? Advice?

Not sure this is justified given everything the firm did for employees this year with raises, promos, bonuses, insurance holiday, other benefits and compensation.
That being said if you really feel you are under compensated, best way is to have another offer supporting that and be ready to leave for it
If you think RSM is strict with money, try working at Deloitte. 0-1% raises, no bonus this year.

They don’t invest in people and training like pwc. They would rather you do something manually in excel for 20 hours than train you on alteryx or another tool to create efficiencies in the process.
This is the exact reason I am leaving.
FYI rsm is not “stingy” from what I’ve heard. Plenty of time to complete your work. I know that has nothing to do with your question, just wanted to drop a comment
