I just think this was an objectively funny comment.

Another take: this is why restoring trust in our institutions matters.

It shouldn’t be easy to do EY1. It’s what I said about Trump too. Even if you liked him, it shouldn’t be so easy to criticize him and makes any rational person think there may be some there there in terms of the criticism.

Hey it’s my right to vote for jfk junior and who are you to disrespect me over it. He and Trump are saving the children as we speak, while OP posts mainstream lies!

Signs I’m getting old: I tripped and fell, and somehow partially tore my ACL. Have to figure out if I want surgery, and how to tell the team—at the very least, I’ll need a ton of PT. I’m a first year associate and the only woman on all of my teams, so I’m freaking out about how this is going to reflect on me. I know I’m overthinking this, health comes first, etc…but I’m still so scared to tell people.

Hey friends. My wife and I are looking to start investing in the market outside of our 401ks, hsa etc. We opened a Charles Schwab brokerage account and planning to transfer 2-3k/mo. We’re in our late 20s/early 30 and likely won’t need to touch the money for 10+ years. What should be our investment strategy? How should we allocate to what funds? Thinking of splitting evenly across large, mid, small caps, and growth, value funds using DCA.

Anyone taken the business class on Air India from JFK to BOM? Worth the upgrade?

So I have completely lost interest in my area of practice mainly because I haven’t been exposed to many matters (our team is really slow) and I am the most junior in the team. So billable work is never constant. I feel like this has impacted my interest and stagnated my growth. I am thinking of moving into a different area of practice that I’m interested in. Has anyone ever done this? I’m actually depressed and I really hate being given work now. I have ADHD. Please advise

Has anyone tried getting out of their lease and been successful? I’ve been isolating out of the city for 3mo and will be here at least another 3mo, if not more. Yale SOM (no $) or Johnson with a full ride? Goal is consulting (not MBB or bust but MBB is the target) in New York City. Will have to take out nearly full tuition loan for Yale. Concerned about Johnson’s strength in consulting placement even for T2; seems to have mixed reviews. Could also reapply this fall and add Tuck and Kellogg to the mix but unsure if it’s worth the risk as this fall may be very competitive.
