Any of your firms do virtual gifts or corporate appreciation for your teams? We want to do something for our hard working team that is spread out over the nation but not make it an event where we’re stuck doing over zoom. Ideally something like wine delivery just to show appreciation

As things start to open up fully, some of my institutional clients are sending notices that we are expected to do X activity over zoom from here on out (things we used to do in person). Clearly it’s a cost cutting measure. Anyone else feel like filing for telephonic appearance so the insurance company can save a buck isn’t going to sit well with judges who prefer in person attendance? I hope they deny all of them so my billables don’t suffer. Less travel = more desk bs I have to do to hit quota

I need advice about Zoom. Is it easier to have a zoom link with your personal Id or a simple generated one? I want to connect my Zoom link in my clever portal, but for some reason the generated one doesn’t work, but I’m afraid if I switch anything it will mess up the flow. Any experts do we have advice?

Today shit blew up so much on my two gigs all I could hear for hours was the constant barrage of pinging noises from outlook, gmail, slack and teams. Like some kind of hellish tech sounding symphony. What is salary/hourly rate for LMSW in a hospital?

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

Has anyone who's worked in HR, Finance, or another role with visibility to compensation information been able to use that as leverage for salary negotiations?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read?
