This is health care/pharma. Boring from a content and media perspective. repetitive. good pay. usually good WL balance. hard to move to anything different.
Wow the lack of possibility to move to anything different is depressing
Stay and learn the commercial side of how the account makes money, get exposure to procurement work. That’s how you learn.
I learnt the most on big pharma and now work on media / ents / tech.
Don’t discount the boring brands
Give it a year. Like most things, the more you learn about it, the more interesting it becomes.
Six months, minimum — but ideally, stay for a year.
