My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

I once interviewed with a company that asked a lot of intrusive questions around how much sick leave I took in the previous year and how would I handle family responsibilities. It was very clear in the interview that WLB was non existent.
I try to be as honest as Glassdoor b/c that's a very reputable source and if I go against it then I look like a fraud or I have something to hide about my place of unemployment
I mean I try to be honest, but also just hint they should check the glassdoor if its not that good.
Be honest. If it’s that bad they will find out from others or online. Better that it comes from you to rebuttal or explain.
honestly, I don't lie but I'm not 100% open. I do tell them if it's going to be challenging, or internal stakeholders might be tough BUT I also tell them about learning or growth opps. There's a delicate balance.
I’m my career experience, it is better to be honest from the really beginning. Candidate will find out one way or another about the conditions at work. Better that they have a full picture from the really beginning, otherwise they would start working, would experience being cheated, and then would leave the company with bad aftertaste which usually results in negative review and negative NPS. However, working in recruitment is always tough and a lot of things are happening simultaneously. Hence, it is extremely important for us to REALLY know and understand how people work in respective teams we hire for :)
Best of luck to everyone with finding a great workplace :)
