get collagen peptides! I put a scoop in my coffee every morning, depending on the brand you get a scoop is 10-20grams of protein in it, some brands dissolve better in coffee than others, I get unflavored, and it has a bunch of health benefits!
Came here to say this. 20g protein from collagen, 10g protein from organic soy milk, and sometimes add a hard boiled egg for 36g.

I have a protein smoothie using Vanilla Premier Protein (30g protein) 2 TBL PB fit powder (8g protein), frozen berries and spinach 2g protein).
Scramble eggs with turkey sausage crumbles, chia seeds, and cottage cheese together for a protein bowl.

Are you a bodybuilder? then you dont need 50g of protein for breakfast. 100 grams + a day is fine. Eggs, greek yogurt, high quality protein powder.
Try a protein shake. You don't have to use milk; I use water with mine and the protein powder I use has 30 grams of protein. Try protein waffles. I recently started eating ones by Jimmy Dean that have 20g in 2 waffles and 10g of fat. Also try turkey sausage.
Eggs. Lots of eggs. And its been a long proven myth that eggs cause high cholesterol at the point.
