Hello Fishes, I was an experienced qualified Professor in Sociology for almost 8 years from 2014 to 2020. Due to motherhood I resigned from my job as I am living in a nuclear family. Currently I am working as a Senior Executive HR in a consultancy company named Profession Makers. However, I am looking for a WFH opportunity in the Human Resource (Non IT) sector where I will have the chance to develop professionally. Kindly Help.

What is everyone's at home work setup? Extra monitor? Etc?

And I know many will say don't work at home but there are times I can work from home instead of the office so it's to my benefit

With the CDC releasing new mandates, What are partners seeing from clients? Are they asking for full return to the office? I definitely want to keep staying wfh and not commuting :/

My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC. I got a offer from @indegene for the role of Senior Manager and designation is B3 they are offering me a CTC of 33 LPA ( Fixed + Variable). No Joining bonus

I have an overall 10 years of Experience and an MBA from Tier 1 college, from reading online I feel that the Salary I am being offered for the role is less.

I am happy with the designation, can someone guide me on the salary range for Senior Manager

I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out.
