I think I may have made a huge mistake today. My skip level director sent out an email about something and asked us for feedback. I sent back a note and provided some. One of the things I said was that our job satisfaction might be improved if we could do more of X kind of work instead of Y kind of work that we do so much of in our group. Help! If I'm going to fall off the healthy eating wagon, it is most likely between 3 and 4 pm. I believe it is normal for blood sugar to dip at this time which may be why cravings are strong. Even if I eat something healthy, I will still crave salty crunch and it is so hard to resist. Would not buy such foods if it was just me at home, but do not live alone. Tips????
