I have experienced Samadhi multiple times because of Gods grace in Lockdown and even previous year.

When you experience it once you will crave for it more.

Also Samadhi is the highest goal of meditation or Yoga.

Once you experience it you will have no doubts about that you are not mind, body and thoughts.

Why does insulin in the United States cost 10x what it costs in Canada?

GHIP or PPO for a relatively young and healthy person but have monthly charges for several medications, have to see doc every 3 months for basic checkups, and have bloodwork/labs done once or twice a year? All in network and single no kids.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work.
