Am working currently with IBM, have an experience of 5 yrs in design verification. Interview with samsung GPU team went positive but the role and compensation offered is not yet revealed inspite of sharing the documents requested. What role and compensation can be expected? Also what does TB6 band correspond to? Any views on GPU team?

Is it worth moving to Germany for 60,000 euros per annum job from a BIG4 with 16LPA INR ? I'm single not married yet.

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.
