I've personally been using Blockfi. Interest is a little lower, though still dramatically higher than normal savings accounts (8.6% on most stablecoins - note that crypto is not FDIC insured if you're in the US) but I have personally felt more comfortable with them than some of the others. They have gotten licenses for many states (can view on their website), use Gemini as a custodian, are audited, don't have some coin of their own, and even just closed another $350m funding round so there's a lot of backing. Also note that depending on what state you live in, sites aren't allowed to give interest on stablecoins unless they have certain licenses.
@C1, I personally usually buy on Gemini and send over to Blockfi but I do have the option in my state to deposit USD directly as GUSD into Blockfi then could trade for other crypto I want in Blockfi. I've found prices a little better on Gemini though for the initial purchase. The trade option is super nice for stablecoins though. Also didn't mention in my initial post but really like how you can also withdraw stablecoins as cash directly to your bank account directly from Blockfi if you ever do need the cash.
