Saw these two positions open at PwC and just looking for any insights. It says they’re part of the Acceleration Centre but I thought that was the onshore “off-shore” division for other audit work? Any info on the type of work. wlb, and compensation would help.

Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary.Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
