Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.

Only in some places. But also, without any sort of enforcement, kinda doesn't matter.

LinkedIn is not liable (afaik) for postings w/o required salary ranges. That being said, you can report any job postings that lack mandatory info and they will usually pull it down quickly.
Funny thing about laws is you need people to enforce them
I think nbc or Netflix or someone posted a job with a salary for $2 - there are plenty of ways to find a range.
Report them on LinkedIn if you're in CA or wherever else applicable.
This is a good tip! I didn’t know we can report. I’ve seen several in CA not have salaries. (I live in CA).

Depends on the state. NY and CA require the amount listed. The only thing is that they require a range so an example can be a job posting says “range from $50K-$110K” which is annoying.
In NYC it’s the law but, seems a lot of the jobs are posted from outside the city
