1) How are these jobs from a wlb perspective? Is it just like any other industry job with busy month/ q/ year ends?
2) I tend to see large bonus opportunities for these jobs, what metrics are the bonuses usually based off?

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
