Seek for advice - Is it hard to transition from Big 4 valuation role to PE firms? Any possibilities to get into front office directly, or maybe more likely to get middle office position as a first step?

So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I graduated with a BA in Cinema and Television Arts; specifically in Entertainment Media Management. I wasn’t able to do an internship because of work and personal stuff. Does anyone know any good tips of what entry level positions I should look into?

Can they pull the offer due to this? Should I tell them before we advance further?

Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? Something needs to change. Labor of love aint enough for the people in this job.
