Every time I speak to my director (at least twice a week), he works in how he is getting older into the conversation(humorously). Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

I have been a strategy and planning associate for a year and a half (first job out of college), I found that I'm not really cut out for this sector of advertising and would like to get more into the creative area. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it

How do you create the visual direction of a print campaign for example? Is it generally just about creating a mood board that sets the look and feel? Should it be specific (as in drawing or illustrating) with the pose and the framing?

Cause my thinking is more of the former where you give the photographer their own take of the idea. Curious to know how you do it.
