We need more teachers down here in AZ! If you're in the area, or moving to the area, or even thinking about moving to the area (😅) feel free to check some of these out and apply. I would recommend going through the schools website, but there are multiple schools hiring! Cannot provide referrals, can provide recommendations for a good place to get a drink to celebrate your new job.

Recruiters are Darwin’s missing link
McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

It depends on what you enjoy doing - consulting or tech. As a B4 partner you’ll have a lot of flexibility and great trajectory. However, as a director, a few years could turn into a few more years, no matter how competitive you are, you may not get it, part of it is a roll of the dice. Assume you’re at PWC.
If you don’t need the $ and enjoy consulting, I’d stay the course.
Ill be in a client facing role at the tech firm as well. So I'll be doing similar work.. Just for a tech firm. Yeah, becoming a partner isn't a guarantee at a big 4. So why not roll the dice at the tech firm and see how things works there? Guessing i can come back to consulting if i hate it. Im wondering where i will have the best chances of more $$ in the long term
