HELP PLEASE! !
Hello i got an offer from Brillio (joining in 2023) but as an intern i have experience of using go-lang as backend developer. So my question is should i join Brillo or look for some other companies. I don't know what type of clients Brillio have and tech they use.
Please help.

Sounds like a great opportunity. The folks I know at those kinds of places work really hard. I would imagine it would be more of a process to go back to big law if you wanted to but nothing that couldn't be sorted out.

Second this. I would pursue it, but do your best to leave your firm on good terms and not burn bridges just in case you need to come back or need references to land another firm job if this doesn’t work out.

You have a $2 mm platform to take a chance on yourself and try to hit it big at the boutique, while skipping over the SA/NEP-phase.
...an AI-native M&A boutique as an EP. This is a credible opportunity, and all the other partners are experienced partners from V25 firms (far senior to me) and the smallest book besides mine would be about $3 million. I have about $2 million in investments currently saved and my wife makes good money. Even prior to this offer I was feeling like maybe this was the time in my life to transition into something more enterepeneureal, but we have many children and a very expensive lifestyle (not frivolous) as a result of living abroad. Would I be crazy to ditch the V20 for the start-up? If it doesn't work out will I have a hard time getting back into big law?
What country?
Prefer not to say as it hasn't been announced yet and the partners are very concerned about keeping it private until launch.
