Senior PMMs - Advice please!

I am actively applying for PMM roles in tech/ai/data or similar industry. I have Jr to mid-level Marketing experience in recruitment industry (so no direct product experience) for nearly 2.5 years. I've spoken to 20+ PMM experts, did 2 courses on LinkedIn & applied to 30+ PMM jobs. Sadly, Igot 0 interviews!

Experts say my CV is solid but the job market is terrible & requires 3-6 yrs of PMM experience. Any tips on how I can stand out? I'm ready to go the extra mile!

1) I have current offer of 12 CTC from other company so now how much can I ask in pwc? My current experience is 5yrs.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
