I will possibly be getting a machinist role through some contacts, and I have no experience in the field and I’m wondering what I could expect to make, when I look up average salaries for a machinist position I see around 65k but that seems too good for my age and experience so I’m wondering what some others in the trade on here are making

I got offer from Deloitte USI with 13.5 LPA Fixed. ( 50 % hike from my current CTC) and I have accepted the offer. YOE 5 . Later, I got another offer with 16 LPA from cognizant
I just tried to negotiate the Deloitte offer but Recruiter told me that this is a maximum hike(50 %)as per their budget and the offer cannot be modified once it is accepted.

Is it acceptable? I was thinking to join in Deloitte.
Please help me find the right decision (Deloitte USI or Cognizant)

I recently accepted an offer from Amazon and will be joining in a month. From what I gather from my friends who currently work there , your experience at Amazon is solely based on the team that you join. Some really like it there and others are waiting to get out. Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role.
