Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

we do is review other people’s work or assess variances and explanations that other people have written for us. Things such as KPIs and PFIs don’t really come naturally as I’ve had no experience preparing, only reviewing and re-assessing that the fluxes are reasonable. Please help guide me in the right direction, much appreciated!
Talk about your critical thinking skills. Do some independent online research.
If they are calling you in for an interview, they already know your skill set. Don't try to be anything you haven't been, instead focus on how you've succeeded at your previous and current role. Emphasize your ability to manage projects and staff. Be personable, listen to your interviewer, and be mindful of their body language. If you do that, you'll be fine. Start talking about things your shaky on to fit a job description and things can go south kinda quick.
Also, research what you don’t know. You can prove that you know something in the interview even if you have never actually worked on it in your current position.
