I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

How do you handle revisions at a company?
I’m about to start an internship at IBM for UX Research. I’m super excited about it, and was wondering if anyone could tell me about the design culture there or how the company is for designers? So far online I’ve only heard about the company from consultants or software engineers. For more reference I’ll be working in Austin.

I interviewed for a startup called Doppel over a Teams chat. The interviewer felt like AI most of the time, but the company is legit. And the initial email came from a doppel.team email (their site is doppel.com) so I wonder. They also felt pushy but I attributed that to their fast paced work environment mentioned in their reviews. The offer letter’s design also looked wonky af, but I just thought it was bc they didn’t hire many designers yet. The HR contact’s LinkedIn page says she works there, but yeah it’s still the slightest bit sus. Thanks for the warning.
It's scary. They sometimes pose as a legit HR person (photo same LI headshot). But the warnings: unless your high up, nobody does biz on the weekend; no reputable place will interview via chat, and if the lag time is long: SCAM. For your health, delete ALL :no-reply" emails; never read them. An interview is going to declare INTERVIEW as part of the header. GL!
