I have 2 opportunities:
-Leave small counting boutique firm and join Cox Communications as an FTE (where I’m currently consulting as a Senior BA)
-Rejoin Accenture as a Manager in their Strategy practice (up or out)
I feel like the FTE role would be more secure / easier role but would be making -$30K less and wouldn’t be as challenged.
Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

It shouldn't. But if you understand American history and the treatment of minorities throughout that history, I get it.

@GS1 I'm just speaking in general. The U.S. has an ugly history when it comes to race. Improving race relations don't remove the systemic issues that were created by that ugly history. Hence, why I get why these policies exist. Most policies (including affirmative action) are broad brush strokes, which ultimately leads to unintended consequences.
