I’ve been with PwC almost for a year now in the valuations group and I don’t see myself doing this long term. 90% I’m helping Audit Teams understand valuations and 10% I’m doing PPAs. I always wanted to go into more a consulting role (ops/strategy role). I also like modeling, but the current modeling I’m doing is more accounting focused rather than finding business value from synergy creation. Ideally I’d like to stick with PwC but I’d switch too. Thoughts where I should apply too?
Any places hiring spring interns?

Im not a supporter of affirmative bullshit
Are we really pretending someone right out of school has any experience worth recruiting? They're all basically the same on paper.
It shouldn't. But if you understand American history and the treatment of minorities throughout that history, I get it.
^ are you sure the treatment is fair to all minorities that have faced difficulties?
Shouldn't outweigh but shouldn't be unerweighted either. World starting to look a lot different than it used to -- some places may want to keep up with the times
Absolutely not, no. Merit should be the main deciding factor.
Nope
@GS1 I'm just speaking in general. The U.S. has an ugly history when it comes to race. Improving race relations don't remove the systemic issues that were created by that ugly history. Hence, why I get why these policies exist. Most policies (including affirmative action) are broad brush strokes, which ultimately leads to unintended consequences.
NO fucking way
