Should you ever exercise options?

Many of my health & fitness colleagues are finding themselves out of work. The next big question is, will they ever go back to a gym or health club. While I hope the answer is yes, we must live in the here and now and create new opportunities for the industry. There is a need and demand for well-trained professionals to work online with patients at all stages of treatment, recovery. How will you effectively train your clients these days?

Growing up I’ve always wondered if I had some form of ADHD since I had a lot of trouble focusing in class. Lately I’ve found myself zoning out during meetings more often and started wondering again. Can anyone share their journey on how they got diagnosed, what your first steps were, and if you used any firm resources?

What are some of your favorite workouts to do while on the road?

Anyone move from the bay side of the east bay to the 680 valley? We’ve been here for a year and are having a hard time adjusting to the weather and wondering if we’ll ever get used to it. We love getting outdoors but have felt like we’ve spent the better part of this summer inside just because of how hot it’s been. How do you keep up with the same level of activity with kids (running, cycling , hiking) while staying cool?

Finally starting therapy next week! Any tips on making it as impactful as possible? Been googling but would love to hear personal experiences :)

For me- treadmill, triceps, chest.

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.
