Q for my fit🐠friends: I’ve been exercising and try to eat healthier. Lost about 7 lbs (consistently weigh throughout the week), but haven’t budged on inches around the waist. Any thoughts y'all?

So really the only exercise I can tolerate is boxing, and those exercises around it. Any thoughts on replicating what I can find at my local boxing gym while on the road?

I feel like, I've dependend on my partners to validate me in those ways. But that makes me insecure & dependent on them. They loved me but idk if they "wanted/desired" me.

To feel sexy, I'm working on losing weight and then building muscle, but that'll take time and fade away with age anyway.

To feel successful, I mean... I have an OK career and savings, but I just don't identify either as success.

Maybe, I just want to feel desired.
