Shouldn't preparing for behavioral based on Amazon LPs cover you for behavioral with other companies? In terms of strategy, I'm thinking of interviewing with AWS first before considering others such as GCP, Azure, Databricks, Atlassian etc. All of them including AWS are my target companies.

However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
