My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. I’m always the one to go to if other recruiters fail to meet client deadlines and cleaning up recruiters mistakes. How do I even handle this to begin with?

Anybody else feel unnecessarily guilty when emailing your manager that you are taking a sick day? Idk why but I always feel like even though it’s completely normal, that it is being judged negatively.

Anyone else get frustrated when the partner brags about their billable hour amount for the month? Like congrats, you get to bill .2 for each piece of mail. It should have been addressed & emailed to me, and copy the business folks, when an attorney knows the other side is represented by an attorney. Am I overreacting for being annoyed?

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
