Not until Principal (5 promotions from entry level) for sure. Maybe above that there is, but that’s so far down the line for me that it’s not worth worrying about right now.
I don’t work at Booz but I have multiple friends that do. They say the WLB is amazing.

WLB great here
No complaints over here
I’m on the East Coast. My first project was CST, I liked that. My current project is based in DC, but has people all over, as far as Hawaii. But you’re not required to work projects in different time zones, you can say no or push for an alt schedule as long as you’re meeting the core hours, which are usually relatively easy to meet (in my experience).
Life is good here!
WLB is great at Slalom, but Paylife blc is not 😂

Pretty good over here
Was at ACN prior, WLB here is a cake walk depending on level and client engagement and what you want career wise (assisting proposal teams, etc). I work 40hrs/wk max. Client is a cesspool.
WLB can be good if you don’t overextend yourself like I have. I work on multiple marketing and proposal teams and it can get a little rough but that’s because I keep saying yes to things. Also when word spreads that you’re good at something, you’ll keep getting more opps. This is probably a “me” problem because I could scale back if I wanted to
