Smart or not to move my 401k from Vanguard target fund entirely to SPY , or similar? Mid 20s

Smart

Yep, that's the plan. Anything less than 6% is free money you're losing (not that it's much). Anything more is money you're locking up in a 401k you may unfortunately not live long enough to cash out on.

like

I do both. Max matched contribution to 401k and any additional to SPY

D1, 6% to target fund, then rest to spy?

You have a 30+ yr investment horizon. Completely foolish to own any fixed income imho. Unless it helps you emotionally that is

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!
