Hi! Anyone attend law school part-time while working full time? If so, would you be willing to share the total debt you graduated with? I only ask because I have not been able to find any info related to this online (only stats on full-time students).

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?

Finally leaving my position at a nonprofit in DC and I didn’t think I would be so excited. Tax help please:
Turbo tax is telling me I’m about to get hit with a $3k+ tax bill. I got married in 2019 (my income is 130k, hers is 60k) but I didn’t have extra pay withheld on my W4 in 2020. Last year it wasn’t an issue, so what could have changed? We bought a house in 2020, so I would have expected to have a bigger credit from that, not a larger bill? Any help would be great here.
