So, I keep finding roles I want to apply for, but I don't have any relevant content or projects on my portfolio. Should I go ahead and apply or should I try to write fake examples to add to my portfolio? Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
