I was recently let go from my position which was not a total surprise when the new DM came into play. I have been thru alot of DM's and this one likes to micro manage or drive hour round trip just to clock out and call you ever second he gets, also wants you to pick up your phone when your off the clock to answer him or employees ( your hourly BTW).

Anybody have strong feelings about BAT? My friend just put his life savings in it, and I’m trying to talk him out of it...
