Hi Fishes!
I have joined Accenture on April 22 & got selected in a project since then.
I suddenly heard that my project is rolling off few new joiners because of budget & I am one of them.
My first variable pay should be on Nov/Dec 2022. What will happen to that?
Thank you for your guidance in advance 🙏🏻Accenture

I don't agree with your generalizations. Some of us take stewardship seriously and work hard to pay it forward. I also try not to generalize about Xers, millennials Zs etc.
You must not have understood what happened to the run up to the esop!!! Why no VSP’s admitted the year before after a “record year”?! lol.

First Brands used lots of odd off balance sheet financing, and it is suspected that they pledged the same assets to multiple parties simultaneously. What does that have to do with BDO leadership of any age?
DING DONG
If you want to have an adult conversation, try posting a coherent point of view without using the term “boomer”.
Those who know, know that BDO’s “leadership” is crooked. Look no further than the pump-and -dump known as the ESOP transaction. Ding Dong Demong and his ilk would sell out his family for a nickel. That mentality gets rewarded for a reason, folks. Because it comes from the highest levels of the organization. Don’t put anything past these people….. Time for a light to be shined on the run-up to the ESOP transaction and the fallout that has since ensued. WE NEED A MEDIA BLITZ!!! CHOOSE ACCOUNTABILITY!
WHERE ARE DING DONG DEMONG’S RESERVES??? #DOL
Eleni Lagos Vs BDO lawsuit
BDO is the auditor. Standards come down whenever companies look to cut too many costs.

PwC1 - no they did not.
The sold the company at an inflated price to their employees… the debt is now crushing the company
You’re right BDO 1, the partners sold the firm out. The employees got screwed
Smoke... Fire. Even EY dropped $smci as a client and BDO was there to swoop in as the new auditor.
Pro
Smaller firms always come to audit the clients B4 refuse to audit. Thats nothing new. If it wasn’t going to be BDO then it would have been forvis baker Tilly or cla.

EY1 - don't let the facts get in the way of a good story
I don't get it. On one side, Apollo used insider info from BDO to help with their short. On the other side, no one from BDO knew about the off balance sheet liabilities and that the company was positioned to go belly up. Neither is good for BDO but only one could be true. Unless I'm missing something.

EY1 - BDO3 has a "what if" theory about this as an interesting intellectual exercise. I don't think BDO3 is seriously suggesting this occurred, and says as much above.

What does a car parts company having to do with BDO?
It’s also a debt question. By your definition, PwC’s independence would be impaired by BofA giving loans to any other audit client. You would have a better argument if you were talking about one of the audit firms that has actually allowed PE funds to take an ownership stake.
This is a ton of speculation
