Recently got diagnosed with a lifelong disability and it’s really made me contemplate what’s most important to me in terms of my job and how I’m ever going to “make it” in my career with a debilitating condition… or whether I even want to, for that matter. Have you ever been racially discriminated against in a personal healthcare situation/not at work? While you were ill or in the hospital? Obviously horrible when it happens to anyone but it takes the cake for me when white people in healthcare discriminate about Black people when they don't know they work in the same field and know how they should be treated.

I like to apply for Product Manager roles at Amazon since I like the role. I have done front office CRM (SAP) implementations for Fortune50 clients through Accenture.
It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?

Company offers 200% match on the first 3% of 401k contributions, vested immediately. How is that relative to other firms?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??
