I onboarded wipro with 20 Lakh salary and now I got offer from Tech M 23.5 Lakh salary. I am confused whether to join Tech M or not. What happen if I will not login to Wipro as I have only onboarded there. Is it worth to abscond Wipro for Tech M for 3.5 lakh annually extra salary pay

Hello all. I'm a Foreign Medical Graduate who recently moved to US looking fot better life. Currently not Board Certified to work as a physician in US territory. I'm currently working as a Patient Care Technician in a dialysis company because it was the 1st job I could get when I got to the US. If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
