I have two offers:
1. Airtel africa offering me 34.5 (29.7F + 3.3V + 1.5JB) with a designation of Product Manager.
2. osf global services offering (3K emp globally Ecom company) me 37.75 (34F + 0.75JB + 3V) with a designation of Senior Business Analyst.

Pros of Airtel are Product Company, Brand Name, Product Manager.

Pros of OSF are Ecom, Salesforce learning, Salary difference.

Please help with your advice on work culture of airtel and wlb. or should I go ahead with OSF @

Just over 6 years in B4 financial services tax in PNW area. Mostly doing compliance work pumping out K1s and returns. Just got an industry offer at 155k 15% bonus and 100k equity (4year vesting). Fully remote position with occasional travel. Should I accept? I know it's a long shot but deep down I always had an ambition to pursue PA to see if I can make a partner. Is this worth jumping over for? Tips on negotiating higher? For reference, manager level at my firm pays 95k base and if I stay, that would take 3-4 years for promo. Thanks for any advice!

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
