SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. HAHA you're complaining and you're a staff who made more than I did last year as a Senior. You get no sympathy from me
I think I may have been EY 3. I kinda expected this based on my starting numbers, but when you work your ass off for a year, it's a little disheartening.
Oh and a 5 rating.
What practice are you in EY 1?
I got lame excuse too ab being at top of range. EY is never going to keep top talent unless we revise our ranges.
Wtfffffff
Guessing you were being paid well above average... That's not the norm for sure
What the hell!?
Think of it this way, you've already been in one of the highest salary bands if you didn't mill yourself working you would've been the first to be let go
It does suck... But before you jump ship I will say you'll probably be made whole next year. I also think once you get a 5 it's significantly easier to keep the 5 the next year. I would also let my displeasure over the raise be known -- but in a non-emotional way. All this being said, jumping from firm to firm is fastest way to increase salary bc you are assuming risk by restarting your network.
7-8% bonus is not too bad. Also, 5k is promotion bonus. Performance bonuses are not out yet and you were not eligible.
And I thought I had it bad .rated 3 and 6% hike
damnnn with a 5 rating at that 😳
Is a senior = senior analyst, senior consultant?
Yes.
May I ask what your over all salary is now? I recently just got promoted to a SA and my pay raise was a measly 2% but had excellent reviews. Wondering if I should jump ship now or wait
Accenture 1. I'm at 80k+
I got a 5 rating when going staff --> and a 15% raise. This was three years ago for reference
EY 3. I'll be around 80 after promotion
Dude, I would of quit on the spot, hell I got a12.5 raise as a 3 mgr 2-3
