Start a practice or stay? I have an exit opp to be on the ground floor of an IT/cyber practice (5 people) at a top 15 firm (~750 mil rev). I have a solid position now with partner on the 5-10 yr horizon. This move would put me at sr manager with partner in the next few years if the practice succeeds. Do I stay the course at an established practice or take the chance to create something new?

Thinking of applying for rotational PM roles e.g., Google APM or FB RPM programs. Wanted to know At what YOE should I consider a full PM role instead?

Any daily adderall users here? Does it play an important role in getting through your work day?

From talking to students at multiple M7 schools, it seems like all of the BB/MBB/FAANG companies recruit at most if not all of the schools . So if you're planning on recruiting for one of these, is there really a major difference in career opportunities between each school? Asking because it seems like some schools are specifically known for finance vs consulting vs tech, but if the companies are all recruiting at all these schools, the differences don't seem as pronounced to me.
