Joining : 25- Feb-22
PEOPLE TECH :
19 LPA , 18.50 Fixed ,50k variable pay + 1L joining bonus,
Role : senior software developer
Joining :1-Mar-22.
Location : on-site , process will be start once join here , they will send me around Aug-22
Please suggest me, which one i need to be choose for career wise and WLB wise.

What are your coworkers saying on the work chat? Does your company offer support for anxiety?
This whole thing is going to pass and then they are going to make movies about it.
That said, as long as this is not effecting your work I think it’s okay to say something when asked that you’ve got some anxiety you’re fighting about this, as everyone is. And let your manager talk. Let them tell you how they are feeling. You could ask them, what helps you deal with the anxiety of this Covid situation? I would always keep it positive and moving forward.
Every week, we have a thread where ppl share ideas of things to do under quarantine (e.g., recipes, wfh tips, tv shows to binge). It mostly helps, but sometimes feels forced
That’s a great point you bring up. I agree what’s missing from my daily interactions is knowing how people are impacted—more than just the “I’m bored but doing fine” to help put it in perspective. Will definitely ask my manager... and peers too
