I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

I strongly considered it at my last place of employment but believed the it is easier to find a job when you have one idiom. Slack off at your current place to prep for the interviews, you’re thinking of leaving anyway, what’s the worst that could happen, they fire you so you’re at the same spot as if you’d leave? In that case you can collect unemployment too.
Always have a job lined up. I had same situation but got a job then left. Best day ever. A big EFF YOU to the organization lol
I know 🥲 normally would agree but interviewing on top of 80+ hour weeks is just so draining normally I wouldn’t even entertain leaving before I had something else but feel like I’m not performing as well as I could in the interviews since I’ve such little time
I went kind of an unconventional direction. I started writing finance blogs posts as a side hustle before I quit, and I used that as my income source between jobs. Of course, my spouse was also working, we were pre-kids, and we had a sizeable nest egg.
