Started applying around and received offer right before senior promotion for a role I really want and salary above my expectation....leaning towards taking it

Have worked various roles from SAS Programmer, senior programmer, SAS SME, SAS Senior Consultant, Credit Risk analyst, Fraud monitoring, Data analyst, etc. with multiple SAS tools a banking, capital market, investment, credit risk domain. From Big4 Transparency: S1/MCOL/2YOE/FDD making $97k. Managers MCOL close to $150k.

very Selective jobs( MF PE and BB IBs) kinda blow these numbers out of the water... but for the more attainable exits like MM IB and and corporate development... considering wlb and pay, is the grass much greener?

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare.
