State your firms retirement benefits...401k and so on. Accenture is 100% match up to 6%, but only after year 1.

12%, no match required, vests immediately

OP I believe it's technically Jan 1 after you've been here for a year. So if you start in July, it's actually 1.5 years. Just a minor clarification.

like

Yep. 12% of base and bonus up to 170k no matter what you contribute, so 20.4k/yr for most people

like

Pension that fully vests in three years. 25% up to 6% 401k match that fully vests in a year.

Jesus Christ. McK...I imagine Bain and BCG are similar. Anyone know?

5-15% of base (depends on level). No contribution required. Vests immediately.

like

Same. 6% match 401k, fully vested after a year.

^same with EY

Is it just Deloitte that doesn't do a 100% match? 😏

McKinsey gives 12% of ur base and bonus regardless of what u contribute??

$.50 match for every $1 up to 6%

~10% total comp, no match and i think 25% match up to 6% of base for 401k.

So roughly the same as McK above but ours has 25% per yr vesting

@AT, so 10% no match and then an additional 1.5% match? Seems odd

Yep, that's what it is my friend.
