I reached the venue by 10:00 AM. After I arrived, many other candidates also reached the venue. However, my name was not called for the first round of the interview until 6:30 PM, and I was the last candidate to be called.

I am really disappointed with the process. I am not sure how the candidates were prioritized or what criteria were used to determine the order.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

I had applied in Infosys but the application was rejected after scheduling interview. They said they will but they did not. My ex colleague tried but refer me later but it says another application already exists.

Cleared all rounds of RightPoint and agreed to the package offered by them. HR said they will roll out the offer letter but didn't do it yet and said you can proceed with others as we have many interviews to check other candidates. Recently one CEO tweeted about employees rejecting offer letter on last day of joining and termed that as unethical. What about this kind of HRs?

Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??
