The CFO of my previous company follows me on all my social media, he regularly checks on my LinkedIn, follows me on Instagram and I noticed, he follows me on clubhouse as well ( which I never use). He never engage though, do you think it’s weird ?

I work with quite a few oldheads in my department, I’d like to know how to convince the higher-ups that we need to evolve our strategies to bring us in line with best current practices. However, I don’t want to act out of line or be disrespectful since this is my first role and I have less than a year here.

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. I’ve only experienced bad BO when I’m stress sweating (presentations, put on the spot, etc.) or on my period. Even if I’m sweating while exercising, I’ve never smelled.
