The pay difference in Europe and Us is wide and alarming. Am I wasting time staying in Europe? A VP fund accountant in PE earns an averages of €100k and will be considered decent enough. Any thoughts on this? Is it time to relocate? Is Canada in the same earning power?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
