There is this new trend of stepping back career wise. What’s your thoughts on doing it in law?

Anyone know of any mid level mgmt careers that 20 years of retail Asset Protection/Investigations/Safety Management skills and experience would transfer well into?

Jumping off a related topic: am I delusional to not care about jr/int/sr level titles? I've been a "copywriter" since the day I started and steadily gained responsibility, autonomy, and money. Happy with career progression, always getting juicier assignments, work directly with ECDs/CCOs... am I missing something crucial? Is my case an anomaly? I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

I have several job leads and I’ve been interviewing since March within the same company. They have been slow getting back with me and I just received a call from a job I applied for two months ago. At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? I usually think it's because Agile's method is what everyone thinks works but so much stuff across all tech areas seems to be released broken and then never fixed or fixed way too slowly.
