There was a company I really wished to work for. I made it to the interview a few months ago, but got ghosted after the 2nd round. I'm working at a different place that I don't care for now, and the other company just reached out asking if I'm available for immediate hire. Would you negotiate a higher salary leveraging the demand, or just be grateful for the opportunity and take it?

Can anyone tell me the difference between a senior and lead validation engineer( no direct reports in both cases) in Pharma/ biotech ? I am not sure what’s the hierarchy and which level must get a higher salary. Or is it just referenced interchangeably in different companies ?

Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.
